I have been practising since 2009 after attaining diplomas in Naturopathy and Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London.

My approach is no-nonsense, jargon-free and totally tailored to the individual's objectives, lifestyle and budget. My philosophy is realistic - that we do the best we can as much of the time as possible and the rest of the time we don't beat ourselves up!

I have a special interest in skin health and hormonal imbalances and am currently writing a book about Menopause.

I am also really interested in the anthropology of food, borrowing diet and lifestyle tips from traditional societies who seem to be immune to the chronic disease states that are epidemic in the Western world.

I work in private practice in Central London and as a corporate health coach to a number of different businesses and as a nutritional expert for various consumer magazines such as: Woman's Own, Top Santé, Now.

I am a full member of Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council and The Naturopathic Nutrition Association.
